Short History

As one of the leading groups in Turkey in the prefabricated and light steel sector since 1990, Vefa Group continues its activities by producing products within individual and industrial context with its five brands.

Vefa Group has revealed five different brands since 2005.

1. Vefa Prefabricated Buildings take place at the beginning stage of many major projects including collective housing projects, energy projects such as petroleum and natural gas, dam projects, skyscrapers, infrastructure projects, highway s, and social facilities. Vefa establishes camps, construction site buildings, prestigious buildings, offices and emergency settlement units for big projects as well as preliminary production light prefabricated buildings and modular container units.

2. Steelife which produces galvanized light steel constructions by employing the latest technology of the world constructs luxurious permanent residences and prestigious buildings for Professional use that suit the purpose of use of its customers, cultural demands and the conditions of land and nature in the construction region.

3. Nestavilla produces practical prefabricated houses and prestigious buildings, which are economic, which can be rapidly set up, that are designed according to the needs of different climatic regions.

4. Neopan produces sandwich and composite panels used as facet/roof covers and walls in buildings. Composite panel production is made at a width of 1.25 meters, with one side either containing melanin coated chipboard and cement coated chipboard, for the first time in Turkey and thus addresses a wide usage area that includes prefabricated buildings.

5. Profacto produces special structure profiles with infinite number of design choices, with holes opened at desired points, as a carriage or constructive nature, at desired length, without leakage, and using galvanised light steel that need no undercoat, painting and maintenance
